2009 - Wheels and Tires - Art Car Museum, Houston

Opens Saturday February 21, 2009 from 7pm-10pm Art Car Museum140 Heights Blvd.Houston, Texas 77007 Exhibit on view through May 24, 2009 WHEELS AND TIRES consists of Jim Robertson’s steel vehicular sculptureseries titled “Steel on Wheels “, Julon Pinkston’s reconstructed roaddebris drawings, paintings and sculptures and the “Carry the Load”series of tread integrated paintings, comical and realistic tire treaddrawings,
and various tread, tire and simulated tire sculptures by CarolScott, Marité Preti, Sally Worthington, and Donna Perkins.
